Laughter is an amazing tool to de-stress yourself. Kids laugh 300-400 times in a day & the grownups only laugh 3-4 times a day. Laughter has many advantages for the healthy body & mind. When we laugh the ego center does not function and we are very close to our being center.


We will laugh, dance, get mixed up & have the best time of our life. In this session we will learn how to use laughing as a therapy. You will get many tools that you can share with your family & friends as well for having a good time together.

We will learn:

  1. How to use laughter as a tool in difficult situations?
  2. Various other ways to bring more joy & laughter in mundane life.
  3. How to change the rhythm of your day by laughing?
  4. What laughter does to your body mind system?
  5. Why some people cannot laugh?
