Osho Mindfulness Training

Anything that takes you away from this moment is the Mind – Osho


Osho Mindfulness Training is two days course 90-120 minutes each day. During these days we will learn about mindfulness and active/ passive meditations for daily life, fundamental principles around Body, Mind and Consciousness.

Meditation is not against life. It gives us the ability to enjoy life fully & be rooted in the present moment. In order to do that we will learn, how simple acts of daily life can be meditative like walking, standing, laughing, dancing etc.

There would be techniques based on humming, centering, becoming an animal, methods based on sounds & more.


We will explore various methods on mindfulness, Osho Active Meditations and one passive meditation.

Below is the expected schedule for each day:

Day one: Introduction to Awareness, About Meditation, Four different mindfulness techniques for daily use & One Passive Meditation

Day Two: One Osho Active Meditation, Q&A


90-120 minutes each day
