Osho Mindfulness Training – Three Days

About:

Osho Mindfulness Training is three days process 90-120 minutes each day. During these days we will learn about mindfulness and active/ passive meditations for daily life, fundamental principles around Body, Mind and Consciousness.

Meditation is not against life. It gives us the ability to enjoy life fully & be rooted in the present moment. In order to do that we will learn, how simple acts of daily life can be meditative like walking, standing, laughing, dancing etc.

There would be techniques based on humming, centering, becoming an animal, methods based on sounds & more.


Process:

We will explore various methods on mindfulness, Osho Active Meditations and Osho Meditative Therapies.

Below is the expected schedule for each day:

Day one: Seven different mindfulness techniques, one passive meditation for relaxation and fundamental principle on Body

Day Two: Seven different mindfulness techniques, one passive meditation for relaxation and fundamental principle on Mind

Day Three: Practising few Osho Active Meditations, Osho Meditative Therapy, one passive meditation for relaxation and fundamental principle on Consciousness


Duration:

90-120 minutes each day

Contribution:

Per Person: INR 15000/- (*for the entire training programme)

Only one session: INR 5500/- per person
