Day 1 – Self-Hypnosis


Self-Hypnosis is a science to work with the subconscious mind. It will be a two hours programme to learn about the power of your subconscious mind.

We will explore different aspects of mind and its functioning. We will also understand multiple layers of mind.

This programme will help you understand about conditioning, self-limiting belief systems & to create positive affirmations.


We will learn:

  1. The way conscious & subconscious mind functions.
  2. How the programming of different minds gets formed?
  3. What is a fight & flight mechanism?
  4. How to create positive affirmations for faster results?
  5. How to use the subconscious mind to your advantage?
  6. Understand about conditioning.

Day 2 – Zazen & Breathwork


All of us live with a certain pattern. This can also be called our personality. Our way of breathing closely connected with our personality. If we can change the way we breathe, the personality can be altered as well. People who take risk, usually they love taking risk and the people who breathe shallow are always afraid to go into the unknown or to take risk.

Our breathing is patterns are different for each emotion that we go through. In anger our breathing is shallow and in relaxation it is deep.

Deep breathing is also one of the fundamental to feel relaxed. When we go to sleep all of us breathe through the stomach that is why we get up after a good night’s sleep. Breath is the closest and easiest doorway to bring transformation in our life.


There will be an intense breathwork exercise followed by zazen. The idea is to help you experience prana/life force/vitality. If you practice the technique with totality, the effects can be felt immediately after the session.

We will learn:

1. About different ways of breathing.

2. Understand Prana & its experiential taste.

3. The science behind different bodies.

4. Exposure to various breathwork methods.

5. Practicing zazen & the science around it.

Day 3 – Sufi Nights


Sufis are the people that found various techniques to come in contact with the heart space. Human beings have three centers, the head, the heart & the being. The heart is right in the middle other two centers. Once you are in contact with the heart, it is very easy to slip to the being center. Heart is a friend of the being and the closest.


This would be a 90-120 minutes workshop. In this workshop we will experiment with many methods practiced by Sufi’s & also the stories behind some rituals that they perform before starting their meditation.

We will learn:

  1. The Sufi whirling – It is one of the easiest ways to come in contact with the inner stillness. The rituals of beginning & ending the whirling the Sufi way.
  2. Zikr’s – Sufi’s way to remember the divine. This is a very powerful way to experience the state of no mind.
  3. Gibberish – One of the very profound methods to clean the rubbish of the mind & accumulated thoughts. This technique is wonderful to bring immediate peace & relaxation
  4. Sufi breathing – There would be a certain way breathing to increase the prana in the body mind system. This is very helpful to explore the inner territory.
