About:

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present & aware of the present moment without judgment. To develop the present moment awareness the first step is being present in the body & create a habit of this principle. Your life is where your body is.

How it works:

In this session you will learn 4 mindfulness methods for daily life, one passive meditation, a deeper understanding about right vs wrong meditation, Question/Answers & Sharing & home work to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
