- Daily Sessions: Two 90-minute sessions (11am–2pm)
- Options: Residential & Non Residential packages available

Residential:
Euros 1150 per person (Single Occupancy)
Euros 805 per person (Sharing – Double occupancy with same gender)
Non Residential:
Euros 449 per person (Includes Breakfast)

Meditation is not against life. It gives us the ability to enjoy life fully & be rooted in the present moment. In order to do that we will learn, how simple acts of daily life can be meditative.
