Zazen & Breathwork

About:

All of us live with a certain pattern. This can also be called our personality. Our way of breathing closely connected with our personality. If we can change the way we breathe, the personality can be altered as well. People who take risk, usually they love taking risk and the people who breathe shallow are always afraid to go into the unknown or to take risk.

Our breathing is patterns are different for each emotion that we go through. In anger our breathing is shallow and in relaxation it is deep.

Deep breathing is also one of the fundamental to feel relaxed. When we go to sleep all of us breathe through the stomach that is why we get up after a good night’s sleep. Breath is the closest and easiest doorway to bring transformation in our life.

Process:

There will be an intense breathwork exercise followed by zazen. The idea is to help you experience prana/life force/vitality. If you practice the technique with totality, the effects can be felt immediately after the session.

We will learn:

1. About different ways of breathing.

2. Understand Prana & its experiential taste.

3. The science behind different bodies.

4. Exposure to various breathwork methods.

5. Practicing zazen & the science around it.

Osho Active Meditations

About:

There are 18 different active meditations designed by Osho to meet the need of different kinds of people, situations, types & their requirements. All the active meditations are one hour each, divided into stages & supported by music.

Active meditations are based on some fundamental principles of existence just like gravity or water evaporation etc. You will get a clear understanding of those principles to go deeper into meditation & to align yourself with them for your advantage.

Process:

Choose one of the Osho Active Meditation out of 18 different ones & have an experiential taste.

After that is done you will get a detailed instruction of the chosen active meditation. Then our therapist will guide you step by step into the meditation & will also look if you do the meditation right.

You will get full support during the process. We will make sure that the meditation is done & understood right.

After the completion of the meditation you will be given a weekly or daily challenge to complete. We will continue to provide you support related to the meditation during your regular practise.

Self-Hypnosis

About:

Self-Hypnosis is a science to work with the subconscious mind. It will be a two hours programme to learn about the power of your subconscious mind.

We will explore different aspects of mind and its functioning. We will also understand multiple layers of mind.

This programme will help you understand about conditioning, self-limiting belief systems & to create positive affirmations.

Process:

We will learn:

  1. The way conscious & subconscious mind functions.
  2. How the programming of different minds gets formed?
  3. What is a fight & flight mechanism?
  4. How to create positive affirmations for faster results?
  5. How to use the subconscious mind to your advantage?
  6. Understand about conditioning.
