Osho Meditations & Mindfulness Training Retreat is a 10 weeks process 180 minutes each Sunday. During these days we will learn Osho Active Meditations, Mindfulness techniques by Osho for daily life, fundamental principles around Meditation, Body, Mind & Consciousness.

Meditation is not against life. It gives us the ability to enjoy life fully & be rooted in the present moment. In order to do that we will learn, how simple acts of daily life can be meditative.

We will explore “21” methods on Mindfulness, “14” Active Meditations and 4 Osho Meditative Therapies designed by Osho

Below is the expected schedule for each day:

Week one: Four methods on Mindfulness, one Osho Active Meditation, a passive meditation for relaxation and fundamental principles on relaxation

Week Two: Two methods on Mindfulness, two Osho Active Meditation, a passive meditation for relaxation and fundamental principles on Body

Week Three:  Three methods on Mindfulness, one Osho Active meditation, a passive meditation for relaxation and fundamental principles on Mind

Week Four:  Three methods on Mindfulness, two Osho Active meditation, passive meditation for relaxation and fundamental principles on Consciousness

Week Five:  Three methods on Mindfulness, one Osho Active meditation & a passive meditation for relaxation

Week Six:  Two methods on Mindfulness, two Osho Active meditation & a passive meditation for relaxation

Week Seven:  Four methods on Mindfulness, one Osho Active meditation & a passive meditation for relaxation

Week Eight:  Osho Active meditation & a passive meditation for relaxation

Week Nine: Osho Active meditation, Osho Meditative Therapies & a passive meditation for relaxation

Week 10: Osho Active meditation, Osho Meditative Therapies & a passive meditation for relaxation
